CONTEST TERMS & CONDITIONS
1.1 BRAND’S® x Guardian Exclusive Campaign [“Campaign”] is organized by Suntory Beverage & Food Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. (199401015380 / 301060-U) [“Organizer”].
1.2 The Campaign is open to all citizens and permanent residents of Malaysia aged 18 and above with a valid MyKad [“Participants”].
1.3 The following individuals are not eligible to participate:
1.3.1 Employees of the Organizer (including affiliated and related companies) and their immediate family members (spouse, children, parents, siblings, and their spouses).
1.3.2 Representatives, employees, or agents of advertising and promotion service providers of the Organizer and their immediate family members.
2.1 The Campaign runs from 1st July 2026 to 30th August 2026 [“Campaign Period”].
2.2 The Organizer reserves the right to amend the Campaign Period or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
2.3 All entries received outside the Campaign Period shall be automatically disqualified.
3.1 To participate, Participants must purchase any BRAND’S® products worth RM150 and above in a single receipt from any Guardian physical store or Guardian online store (https://guardian.com.my/) [“Proof of Purchase”].
3.2 Receipt Integrity:
3.2.1 Each original printed receipt is eligible for one (1) submission only.
3.2.2 Entries using duplicate or tampered receipts will be disqualified.
3.2.3 Receipts cannot be combined to meet the RM150 requirement.
3.3 Online Purchases: For Guardian online store purchases, a screenshot of order details showing a “Delivered” status or an email invoice showing a successful transaction is required.
3.4 Verification Rights: The Organizer reserves the right to request the original hardcopy Proof of Purchase and identification documents for verification prior to prize delivery. Failure to produce these will result in disqualification.
4.1 Participants must submit entries via WhatsApp to 014 6969 839.
4.2 Steps to enter:
4.2.1 Send a clear and full image of the Proof of Purchase.
4.2.2 Ensure the image shows the outlet name, date, receipt number, and participating products.
4.3 WhatsApp Settings: Entries will be considered invalid if the Participant uses the 'Disappearing Message' function and the receipt image disappears before verification is completed.
5.1 A total of 12 units of prizes are allocated for this Campaign:

5.2 Winner Selection: Shortlisted participants will be selected via a computerized randomizer and must answer one (1) question accurately to win.
5.3 Prize Limitation: Each Participant with a valid MyKad can win a maximum of one (1) prize throughout the Campaign Period.
5.4 "As-Is" Warranty Disclaimer: All prizes are given "as is" and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or other items. The Organizer disclaims all warranties regarding prize quality, merchantability, or fitness for purpose.
5.5 Manufacturer Disputes:Any disputes regarding the prize (e.g., technical defects) must be resolved by the winner directly with the respective manufacturer/brand owner.
6.1 Shortlisted Participants will be contacted within 4 weeks after the end of the Campaign Period.
6.2 If a winner cannot be contacted after 3 attempts within 3 days, the Organizer reserves the right to select the next eligible backup winner.
6.3 All prizes must be claimed within 30 days of the notification date. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited.
6.4 Delivery Risk: Prizes lost or damaged during delivery are not replaceable. The Organizer assumes no obligation to fulfill or replace lost/damaged prizes.
6.5 *NOTICE ON PRIZE FULFILMENT — TOUCH 'N GO eWALLET:* The Organizer will not, under any circumstances, contact winners via telephone call, WhatsApp or any other means for the purpose of verifying phone numbers, eWallet accounts or any other personal particulars prior to or during the prize fulfilment process. The Touch 'n Go eWallet credit(s) shall be transferred solely and directly to the mobile phone number registered by the participant at the time of Contest entry. No alternative transfer arrangements will be entertained. It is the winner's absolute responsibility to: (i) ensure the registered mobile phone number is active and in use; (ii) ensure the Touch 'n Go eWallet application is installed and fully operational on the device bearing the registered mobile phone number; and (iii) ensure their Touch 'n Go eWallet account is not suspended, restricted or otherwise inactive at the time of prize fulfilment. The Organizer shall bear no liability whatsoever for failed, undelivered or unclaimed prizes arising from inaccurate registration details, an inactive eWallet account, an uninstalled application, or any failure attributable to the winner. Any dispute relating to the prize transfer method, phone number verification, or account confirmation will not be entertained. The Organizer's decision on all matters relating to prize fulfilment shall be final and binding.
7.1 Finality of Decision: The Organizer’s decision is final and binding. No correspondence, queries, or appeals will be entertained.
7.2 Liability & Indemnity: Participants bear full liability for any injury, loss, claim, or accident (including loss of life) resulting from participation or prize use. Participants agree to indemnify and hold the Organizer harmless against all losses or claims arising from a breach of these Terms.
7.3 Publicity: Acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner's consent for the Organizer to use their name and/or photo for publicity, advertising, and marketing purposes without notice or compensation.
8.1 Notice: The Organizer requires personal information to process participation. Providing this data is obligatory; incomplete entries are void.
8.2 Usage: Personal data will be used for Campaign processing, prize redemption, and (where consented) promotional marketing.
8.3 Access & Correction: Under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010, Participants have the right to request access to or correction of their personal data.
